Counseling
Group counseling is particularly helpful when some of your issues are related to interpersonal relationships. In counseling groups, approximately 8 individuals meet together with the therapist to work on a common problem or goal. Clients report it is most helpful because they are able to practice skills in a nonjudgmental environment as well as get useful, constructive feedback from peers and the counselor on how they are interacting with others. Additionally, clients often feel a deep sense of relief in knowing that they are not alone.

If you are interested in group therapy, please contact us to schedule a screening session to determine if it will be a good fit.
